Nicola O’Sullivan is an experienced and organised Project Coordinator with over 20 years’ experience in administration, planning, and team support. Known for her calm and adaptable nature, she has a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. In her role at MAF Associates, Nicola ensures the smooth planning and execution of façade fire risk assessments and inspections. From coordinating inspection schedules and booking required services to liaising with clients and maintaining critical paths, she takes pride in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and accurately. Nicola’s strong communication skills and focus on detail have consistently led to first-time success in inspections.

Nicola has a background in administration, PA and planner. Nicola brings expertise in diary management, reporting, and client relations.Her strong skills in MS Office, combined with her natural organisational talent, make her an essential member of any team.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys baking, holidays, and supporting her son’s rugby matches.
