
Job Title: Technician Positions Available for UK-Wide Projects

About Us:
We are a dynamic company dedicated to delivering high-quality assessments and inspections of residential and commercial buildings across the UK. We are currently expanding our team and seeking motivated technicians to join us on various projects.
Position Overview:
We have two technician positions available, and the successful candidates will work closely as a joint team. The role may require occasional overnight stays – up to four nights a week (though this is rare) – and flexibility for travel will be essential. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with subcontract labour teams as needed to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect external walls and internal areas of buildings, primarily focusing on blocks of flats.
- Work under the guidance of a qualified building engineer and project manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the assessment of building integrity and recommend necessary actions for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Competence in either brickwork or cladding systems.
- Willingness to undertake training to work at height (if not already qualified).
- PASMA and IPAF certifications are advantageous.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual, as technicians are expected to be on-site anywhere in the UK by 8:00 AM.
- Standard working hours typically conclude by 4:00 PM, in line with UK employment regulations.
