With over three decades of experience in construction, Graham Neal is a Chartered Structural Engineer and Technical Director at MAF Associates. As well as residential building development, fire consultancy, and main contracting, he also provides subcontracting services internationally. Graham is a leader of technical teams, managing large scale projects, and implementing innovative solutions, and also enhanced build quality, minimised risk, and added value to projects.

Specialising in fire and building safety, Graham has conducted reviews of over 500 developments, shaping fire strategies and technical standards for major UK developers. He has played a pivotal role in industry-wide discussions, including building safety reforms post-Grenfell, and worked extensively on cladding and compartmentation reviews.
