Keir Smith : Technician

Keir Smith is an experienced Technician and NVQ Level 2-qualified Brick Mason with over eight years in the construction industry. He has worked on diverse projects for well-known companies such as Barrett Homes, David Wilson Homes, and Persimmon. At MAF Associates, Keir plays a key role in Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) and Type 2 Fire Risk Assessments, conducting intrusive inspections both internally and externally.

As well as removing and assessing exterior wall materials, he has experience operating MEWPs and constructing scaffold towers. As a fire safety expert, Keir ensures accurate assessments and compliance with safety guidelines.
