Mark Wells : Project Manager

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark Wells is an expert Façades Consultant with a career built on practical expertise. With projects in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Thailand, and the UK under his belt, Mark has managed major developments all over the world. Mark joined MAF Associates in 2021 and specialises in façade consultancy for both new builds and remediation projects.

In every project Mark takes on, he brings a diverse and rich background to the table. His experience includes managing large-scale façade installations, managing budgets, and working closely with different teams. Mark is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

A Freeman of the City of Coventry and a member of the Clerk of Works, Mark combines his technical knowledge with outstanding leadership and communication skills. He has an ability to foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and high levels of satisfaction. Whether managing complex façade systems or troubleshooting on-site challenges, Mark’s professionalism and expertise make him an invaluable member of the team.
